No guaranteed recovery
Investigation and blockchain tracing are not the same as recovery of funds. We do not guarantee that lost cryptocurrency or other assets will be returned. Anyone promising guaranteed recovery or demanding “release,” “gas,” or “tax” fees to unlock allegedly recovered funds should be treated as a likely scam.
Credentials and secrets
You agree not to send us passwords, seed phrases, or private keys. We will never ask for them. Doing so risks permanent loss of funds to third parties.
Device tracking scope
Guidance about device tracking or stalkerware applies only to checking your own devices. We do not assist anyone in secretly monitoring another person.
Accuracy of information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you share. Misleading or incomplete information may limit what we can responsibly advise.
Fees
The initial assessment described on the website is free. Any further paid work is agreed with you in advance, with scope explained before you commit. We do not demand cryptocurrency payments to “unlock” funds we claim to have recovered.
