Privacy Policy
Scammer Recoup (“we,” “us”) is an independent online guidance service. This policy explains how information you share with us is handled. We do not invent legal entity registration numbers or claim certifications we have not obtained.
What this site collects
The public website at smartbitreturn.com does not store case form or review form submissions on its own servers. When you use “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via Telegram,” your browser opens or prepares a message that you send directly through those apps to our published contact channels.
Information you choose to send
- Name, country, preferred contact handle, description of your situation, and optional amount/date details you enter in forms or chats.
- Email messages you send to [email protected].
- Messages you send on WhatsApp (+1 812 808-8621) or Telegram (@Smartbitreturn).
We use this information only to assess your case, communicate with you, and provide the guidance or documentation you request.
What we never ask for
We never request passwords, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or private keys. Our site form includes checks intended to discourage pasting this material by mistake.
Third-party platforms
WhatsApp, Telegram, email providers, and social platforms you use to reach us have their own privacy policies. We do not control those services.
Analytics and cookies
This static site does not run a first-party analytics account by default. If a hosting or DNS provider logs standard technical access data (IP address, user agent, timestamps), that is handled under that provider’s terms.
Retention
Messages you send via chat or email are retained only as needed to work on your case and for reasonable business records, then deleted or archived when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may stop contacting us at any time. To request deletion of case-related messages we hold in our inboxes, email [email protected] with enough detail to locate the conversation.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit information from children.
